If you prefer, we are glad to give you a free in-person estimate. Just call us at 303.670.7321. In order to get an accurate estimate, you must first count the panes of glass in your house. This is different from the amount of windows. Panes of glass are pieces of glass surrounded by a frame. For instance, the panes below would be counted as follows:   Window Type     Quantity   Estimated Total (low to high estimate)   Regular thermapane windows: 2 panes 2 panes 3 panes 5 panes to   Small pane windows: 10 small panes 15 small panes to   Storm windows: Storm windows are single plate panes of glass (not thermapanes) with a frame that can be removed for cleaning. If you have storm windows, please enter the amount here counting only the pane that would be removed. Pricing is for storm windows removed from the interior, if you have exterior storm windows, please call us. exterior storm windows being removed and cleaned   Count each pane that can be removed as one storm window pane and then the glass left behind it would be counted separately.   3 panes   to For storm windows only: Enter the number of regular sized panes of glass left after storms are removed. If you have small panes, enter the amount under small panes in the section above. to   Skylights or clere story windows: 5 panes (3 clere story panes and 2 skylights) to ($85 minimum)     to   Extra charge: Extra charge applies for difficult to access windows, i.e. windows over 3 stories tall, tree obstructions, etc. Price does not include scraping or the use of steel wool to remove paint, stain, oil, concrete, caulk or other difficult to remove substances.   Screen cleaning: Screen cleaning starts at $25 for entire house. Most houses cost $25-$45 for all of them. A firm price will be established before starting any job. Price includes interior and exterior window cleaning including wiping the edges of all windows and the sills. Prices may vary due to ladder climbs, access or other circumstances. $85 minimum Calculation based on average size windows and accuracy of window count Price confirmed upon visual inspection, if requested Price does NOT include post construction or renovation cleaning requiring extra time If this estimate is for a partial job (not the entire house), please call us, pricing is different for partial jobs.
